From 2003 to 2009, Ms. Li worked in an IP firm as a team leader. From 2010 to 2013, Ms. Li worked for a large IP Group as a partner and general manager. From 2013 to 2014, Ms. Li lived in America. She received trainings on U.S. patent law system and practiced in a U.S. law firm. She cooperated with Ingersoll Rand and Panasonic on matters of patent drafting, RCE and conducting interviews with U.S. Examiners etc. Ms. Li joined XINDA in 2014. Ms. Li has 13 years of working experiences in IP field and has profound familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures related to patent matters. She specializes in Chinese patent law system and U.S. patent law system. She also specializes in IP strategies making for enterprises, patent prosecution, reexamination, invalidation and litigation etc. Ms. Li has managed tens of thousands of patent cases which cover electronics, telecommunication, mechanism and software areas. Ms. Li is a specialist in training. Most of her students are now skeleton staff or leaders in their firms. She is also invited to serve as an IP consultant for enterprises. Her clients include Huawei, Samsung, Siemens, Panasonic and Nice group etc.
