Mr. Fu received law degrees in both America and China. He specilizes in intellectual property laws, corporate laws and M & As. He clerked with district court and provincial superior court in China. Mr. Fu is familiar with Chinese court practices. Mr. Fu provides professinal advices for Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference on IP projects. He also worked with legal department in State Grid Corporation of China which is a Chinese SOE ranked No. 7 in Fortune Global 500 (2012).
